In our society, women must face many problems and crimes. Deepshikha Samiti endeavours to provide support, create awareness and empower women in different aspects of their lives and at different levels. While no single program can address the critical situations that women face on an almost daily basis, programs that are innovative in nature and women-centric in content have the potential to deliver rich results and lasting impact.
One such program is being run by Mahila Panchayat Deepshikha Samiti in Jaffrabad, Delhi for women who are victims of domestic violence, molestation, stalking, threats, and rape. The organization provides counselling to those women along with legal help. Tries to resolve issues at the community level of women by calling them to panchayats to resolve grievances and problems.
