Mr. Kamal Sharma
Project Manager (Targeted Prevention Project MSM/TG)Kamal Sharma joined Deepshikha Samiti in July 2016 as a Project Manager. His work primarily focuses on Management, Planning, and implementing project specific programs. He has completed his bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University and Masters in Social Work from IGNOU University. In addition, he is a diploma in Accounting. He wants to uplift and empower people in the society by sharing his expertise in the field of technology. He is currently utilizing these skills in managing the Targeted Prevention Project with Delhi State AIDS Control Society. He is an expert for gender issues.
Mrs. Saroj
CounsellorSaroj joined Deepshikha Samiti in 2016 as Counsellor. She has completed his bachelor of Social Work degree in from IGNOU University. She has worked with women empowerment in Gender resource center.
Mr. Rahil
Monitoring and Evaluation officerRahil joined Deepshikha Samiti in 2016. He is working on Targeted Prevention Project for MSM/TG Responsible to Monitoring and Evaluation of project and their execution on field. His work primarily focuses on conducting baselines, impact assessments and developing evaluation frameworks for the programmes. He completed his Masters in Sociology Studies from IGNOU University.
Ms. Laiba
Project CoordinatorLaiba joined Deepshikha Samiti in 2018 as Project Coordinator of Mahila Panchayat Program. She has completed his bachelor’s degree in from Delhi University and now She has pursuing master’s degree from IGNOU. She is specialized work with women empowerment and legal issues.
